Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fleetzy ("the Service"), operated by Fleetzy ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Fleetzy provides a fleet vehicle replacement scoring and management platform for businesses. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
Fleetzy offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Trial: 14 days, no credit card required. Limited to 10 vehicles and 2 team members.
- Starter ($49/month): Up to 20 vehicles, 2 team members.
- Professional ($149/month): Up to 200 vehicles, 10 team members, all features.
- Enterprise ($399/month): Unlimited vehicles and team members, dedicated support.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
3. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all fleet data you enter into Fleetzy. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
Upon cancellation, your data is retained in read-only mode for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You may export your data at any time in CSV format.
4. AI Features
Fleetzy's AI analysis features are powered by third-party AI providers (Anthropic). AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, mechanical, or fleet management advice. You remain solely responsible for any vehicle replacement decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (hosting, database, AI providers).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleetzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
