How is the replacement score calculated? +
Fleetzy uses a 7-factor model scoring each vehicle 0–100. Factors include: TCO crossover age, mileage threshold, cost per km (CPM), repair-to-value ratio, downtime days, brand reliability (based on J.D. Power and Consumer Reports data), and fuel type risk. Each factor has a maximum point value weighted by its financial impact.
Do I need to connect my existing fleet software? +
No integrations required. Fleetzy is standalone — you enter vehicle data manually (or paste from a spreadsheet in the Pro plan). This makes setup instant. API integrations with telematics providers are on our roadmap for Q3 2026.
Is my fleet data secure? +
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Fleet accounts are fully isolated — no data is shared between organizations. We do not use your fleet data for training or analytics outside your account.
Can I export or print reports for clients? +
Yes. All plans include PDF report export. Professional and Enterprise plans include branded reports with your company logo. Reports include full score breakdowns, factor explanations, and replacement priority rankings.
What happens after the free trial? +
After 14 days you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is preserved. If you don't subscribe, your account is locked (read-only) for 30 days before deletion — giving you time to export everything.
Do you offer annual billing discounts? +
Yes — annual billing saves 20% across all plans. Contact us for multi-year Enterprise agreements or volume licensing for resellers.
